Team Lead, Sales

The role
As a Team Lead, Sales, you will be responsible for managing and driving the performance of the Customer Acquisition team. You will ensure target achievement, process adherence, quality conversations, and team development while maintaining high customer engagement standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Customer Acquisition Specialists.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor calls, conversions, and pipeline management through CRM.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Coach team members on objection handling and closing techniques.
- Ensure accurate communication of the company's preventive screening packages.
- Maintain process discipline and quality standards.
- Coordinate with operations and medical teams for smooth booking and service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and share performance insights with management.
Required skills
- Strong team handling and people management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent objection handling and closing abilities.
- Strong communication skills (English plus a local language preferred).
- Process-driven mindset with high accountability.
- Experience in telesales, B2C, or health-tech preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM and basic reporting.
Qualifications
- Graduate (any stream).
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in Sales or Telesales.
- Experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, or wellness industry is an added advantage.
